Accessing Your Ambassador Dashboard

This guide walks you through the full process: from receiving your invitation email to signing in to your dashboard. The entire flow requires a compatible Web3 wallet.

Before You Begin​

You will need one of the following wallet extensions installed in your browser:

Use the wallet you intend to keep permanently associated with your account. This wallet cannot be changed after activation.

Step 1 — Receive your invitation email​

Once your application is approved, you will receive an email from hello@orbinum.net with the subject:

You have been selected as an Orbinum Ambassador

The email contains a single Activate Ambassador Account button. Click it or copy the link directly into your browser.

Link expires in 7 days. If your link has expired, contact the Orbinum team through the ambassador channel to request a new one.

Step 2 — Open the activation page​

The link takes you to app.orbinum.network/ambassador/activate. The page will automatically verify your invitation and display the masked email address associated with your account (e.g. n***o@example.com) as confirmation.

If you see an error at this step, your link may be expired or already used. Do not try to modify the URL — contact the team.

Step 3 — Connect your wallet​

On the activation page, use the wallet button in the top bar to connect your wallet.

Once connected, your wallet address will appear on the page.

Double-check that the displayed address is the correct one before proceeding. This wallet will be permanently linked to your ambassador identity.

Step 4 — Sign the activation message​

Click Sign & Activate Account. Your wallet extension will open a signature request.

The message you are signing looks like this:

This is a plain signature — it does not send any transaction, spend any gas, or move any funds. It only proves that you own the wallet.

Click Sign (or Approve) in your wallet extension to confirm.

Step 5 — Activation complete​

After signing, your wallet is permanently linked and your account is active. The page will redirect you to your ambassador dashboard automatically within a few seconds.

Your session is stored in your browser. You will not need to repeat the activation process — only sign in each time your session expires.

Step 6 — Link Discord & Telegram (required)​

Before you can claim quests, you must link both your Discord and Telegram accounts from the dashboard's Profile tab.

  • Discord — connect via OAuth; you must be a member of the official Orbinum Discord server.
  • Telegram — connect via the login widget; you must be a member of the official Telegram group.

Both accounts must stay linked for as long as you participate. Membership is re-checked periodically — if you leave the server or group, your account is unlinked and quest claiming is locked until you re-link. The quest board is visible either way, but the claim buttons stay disabled until both are connected.

Once both are linked, the Quests tab unlocks and you can start earning. See Quests and Weekly Activity & Streaks.

Signing in after your session expires​

Sessions last 7 days. When yours expires, the dashboard will prompt you to sign in again. The process is simpler than activation:

  1. Go to app.orbinum.network/ambassador
  2. Make sure your linked wallet is connected
  3. Click Sign to Access Dashboard
  4. Sign the message in your wallet — it will look like:

No email, no code — just your wallet.

Troubleshooting​

Security notes​

  • Orbinum will never ask you to enter a seed phrase, private key, or transfer funds during any part of this process.
  • The signature requests are off-chain and cost nothing.
  • If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from Orbinum with a different activation URL, do not click it. All official communications come from hello@orbinum.net.
