Token Sale
ORB will be sold in two rounds before listing: a Seed round for early backers and a Public Sale open to everyone. Together they are 15% of supply, and a further 2% is set aside for liquidity at listing.
This page describes the planned sale structure. Neither round is open yet. Dates, parameters and mechanics may change before launch; any update is announced on @orbinumnetwork.
The numbers
| Round | ORB | % of supply | Price | vs listing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Seed | 35,000,000 | 3.5% | $0.014 | −44% |
| Public | 115,000,000 | 11.5% | $0.020 | −20% |
| Total | 150,000,000 | 15% | — | — |
Listing price is $0.025, putting the Fully Diluted Valuation at $25,000,000 on a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 ORB.
Each round has its own cap. A Seed purchase never draws down the Public allocation, and the two caps always sum to the 150M pool.
The smaller allocation at the deepest discount, for backers who commit before the public round opens — 10% unlocks at TGE, the rest vests over 12 months.
Open to everyone, no allowlist. The bulk of the pool, priced 20% below listing.
20,000,000 ORB seeds the initial liquidity at TGE. Not sold and not distributed to any party.
Unlocks
| Round | At TGE | Then | Fully unlocked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seed | 10% | 90% vests linearly over 12 months | Month 12 |
| Public | 15% | 85% vests linearly over 12 months | Month 12 |
| Liquidity | 100% deployed | Locked into initial liquidity, not circulating supply | — |
ORB does not exist before mainnet — no allocation from either round can move before the network goes live.
At launch the two rounds contribute 2.08% of supply to circulating supply — 1.73% from the Public Sale (15% of 11.5%) and 0.35% from Seed (10% of 3.5%) — alongside the 2% Season 1 airdrop and the 2% initial liquidity, for 6.1% total. See Distribution & Vesting for every category's schedule.
