Community Rules
The Orbinum community program rewards real people doing real things. These rules keep the ORB Credits, leaderboards and rewards fair for everyone. They are simple, and we enforce them.
A banned account loses access to the app, is removed from the leaderboards, has its pending quests rejected, and is banned from the Discord server and Telegram group. Bans are not reversible by the support team. Don't risk it.
1. One account per person
You may hold exactly one Orbinum account. Multiple accounts — "multi-accounting" — is the most common reason for a ban.
This means no:
- Creating a second account to re-do quests or earn twice.
- Registering accounts for friends/family you control, or operating someone else's.
- Referring yourself with another wallet, or building a chain of accounts you own.
- Sharing one identity (Discord/Telegram/X) across several Orbinum accounts.
We detect multi-accounting from shared devices/IPs, referral patterns, linked social accounts, and submission fingerprints. If two accounts are clearly the same person, both can be banned.
A genuine second person in your household can have their own account. But each account must be a distinct real person with their own social accounts — not a device you control to farm rewards.
2. No bots, scripts, or farming
Automating registration, logins, quests, or referrals is strictly forbidden.
Forbidden:
- Sign-up bots or scripts (registration is gated by a human challenge for this reason).
- Mass-creating accounts from one machine, network, or hosting provider.
- Automated quest claims or scripted referral farming.
- Buying, selling, or trading accounts, referrals, or credits.
Bulk account creation (many sign-ups from one source in a short window) is rate-limited and flagged automatically.
3. Honest quest submissions
Quests are reviewed. A submission must be your own and about Orbinum.
- Submit your own content / links / actions — never someone else's work.
- Re-using another member's proof link (e.g. the same Telegram/Discord message or the same post) is treated as fraud.
- Submit links to the correct project. Orbinum is not "Orbition Network" or any similarly-named project — wrong-project links are rejected.
- Memes and content must use the official Orbinum branding and be on-topic.
- Don't spam the review queue with duplicate or empty submissions.
Quest proof is submitted as a link (and short notes where asked). You do not upload screenshots or images for community quests.
4. Respectful conduct & names
Your profile name and conduct represent you on public leaderboards. Keep them clean.
- No offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonating profile names. No pretending to be the Orbinum team, a staff member, or another user.
- No harassment, hate speech, scams, or phishing in the Discord/Telegram.
- No posting referral links, malware, or unsolicited promotions in the community.
- Follow the rules of the Discord server and Telegram group as well.
Offensive or impersonating names are reset or banned at the team's discretion.
5. Enforcement
We continuously audit for abuse. Detection is automated and reviewed by the team.
When a rule is broken we may, depending on severity:
- Reject the offending quest submissions (no credit).
- Restrict the account (kept off leaderboards, claiming disabled).
- Ban the account across the app, Discord, and Telegram — and any other accounts shown to belong to the same person.
Credits earned through fraud are removed. Bans extend to all accounts in a detected cluster.
One account, real actions, your own content, a clean name. That's all it takes to stay in good standing and keep earning.
